Getting Here by Car and Parking

Arriving by car is a stress-free experience. Unlike the narrow alleys of the medieval center, our area allows for easy access. You can easily reach the property and take advantage of convenient free street parking nearbythen move around on foot or with the bicycles we provide.

Getting Here from the Train Station

If you travel by train, Ferrara's railway station is conveniently connected to our property. You can reach us with a a short and comfortable taxi ride, or by taking the urban public transport that stops just a few meters from our apartments.

Getting Here from Bologna Airport

The nearest airport is Guglielmo Marconi in Bologna.Reaching our apartments from there is easy and takes about an hour. You can choose the solution that best suits your needs:

Direct Shuttle (Bus&Fly)
A highly convenient service connecting the airport directly to Ferrara. Getting off at the "Centro" stop, simply take city bus no. 1 to arrive just steps from our Guest House. (Visit the official Bus&Fly website for schedules and tickets)..
Private Transfer (NCC):
For a worry-free arrival, we can organize a transfer with a trusted Private Driver (NCC) we have been collaborating with for over 20 years. The cost will be agreed upon in advance for maximum transparency.
Shuttle + Train
Alternatively, you can take the fast shuttle from the airport to Bologna Centrale railway station, and from there, a direct train to Ferrara.

What time can I check in?

We welcome you starting from 2:00 PM. If your suite is already prepared and sanitized before your arrival, we will be happy to offer you a free early check-in. The latest check-in is at 9:00 PM (if you plan to arrive later, please arrange it with us in advance).

Can I leave my luggage if I arrive early or leave late?

Absolutely yes, and it is a free service. If you arrive before 2:00 PM, or on the day of your departure after vacating the room, you can comfortably store your luggage at the property.

What time is check-out?

Suites must be vacated by 11:00 AM. However, subject to request and availability, we offer the exclusive option to extend your stay until 8:00 PM (Late Check-out) for a fee equal to only half the daily rate.

Can I bring my dog or pet?

Of course, our property is Pet Friendly! We accept small and medium-sized pets. Just remember to let us know when booking so we can guarantee the best service for your needs.

Do I have to pay in advance?

The advantage of booking directly with us is exactly this: lock in your room and pay at the property!
We will ask for a deposit only if you decide to stay with us during special events or the highest peak season. Advance payment is also required for the "Non-Refundable" rate.
